Tope steak

Tope is a type of shark. Although no fishermen target tope, due the heavy stocks, tope is often caught as by-catch. This often gets wasted or sold to make animal feed or even is given back to fishermen to use as bait. We believe that we should respect anything that has been caught as by-catch, so if there is any landed on Thursday we will be buying and cutting into steaks. Tope tastes very similar to swordfish. We will be offering 2 steaks for £5 to help this fish going back as bait.
