ActuallyGood© recently spent a day down in Devon with Shaun to learn more about Henderson Seafood - from our humble beginnings to making waves in London's top restaurants and now reaching homes nationwide through Henderson To Home.
"The reason for their success remains simple: their relationship with their fishermen, their commitment to sustainability and their authenticity. Despite expanding their network to deliver across the South Coast to as far as London - they still remain a local, small dedicated team that knows the Paignton Sea like the back of their hand.
Their network is impressive - but not as impressive as their method. They are down at Brixham Market every morning hand picking which day boat fish and hand-dived or pot-caught seafood they want to buy before sending out a text to their network for orders. Simple." - ActuallyGood©.
