Creamy Lemon Fettuccine Pasta With Smoked Salmon

For another super speedy and beautiful meal, try our premium smoked salmon delicately tossed in fresh fettuccine in a light mascarpone sauce infused with herbs and lemon. The steamy pasta slightly cooks our smoked salmon which complements the freshness of the lemon and herbs for a surprisingly light dish.


Ingredients for 4

  • 150g of handsliced smoked salmon, cut in large strip
  • 400g of pasta, we recommend tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 1.5dl of single cream
  • 150g of mascarpone
  • 1/2 lemon, zested
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of dill (or chives work too)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste



  1. Get your pasta cooking as per pack instructions
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the cream and mascarpone along with the zest of half a lemon, stirring until well combined. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and half a teaspoon of dill into the sauce (stick to a small amount not to overpower the sauce or opt for chives), then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  4. Using pasta tongs, transfer the cooked pasta directly into the saucepan, tossing gently to coat it evenly with the sauce.
  5. Carefully fold in the slices of smoked salmon with the pasta using the tongs.
  6. Serve immediately, garnishing each plate with smoked salmon slices picked from the sauce and a sprinkle of fresh dill if desired.
