Grilled Scallops With Red Sambal

- 6 hand-dived scallops in their shell

- Red sambal, Cherry recommends Rempapa spices 

Method - Grilling:

1. Fire up your grill (or a more traditional charcoal stove if you have one, Cherry loves her Praktik one) 

2. Season the scallops to taste (Cherry recommends red sambal)

3. Drizzled a good amount of vegetable oil before putting it under the grill for 7 minutes or on your stove until cooked through.
