Crawfish

Please note that these are live animals and even though we pack them very carefully, they might not survive to transport. In case that happens, cook them straight away (upon arrival) and then put in the refrigerator.

- Fishing method: pots.

- What you can expect: please note that crayfish might loose up to 60% of its weight (shells and the head).

• 400/600 g: feeds 1/2 ppl.
  

• 1/1.5 kg: feeds 2/3 ppl.

• +2 kg: feeds 4 ppl or more.
