THIS MAY, WE'VE TEAMED UP WITH RESTAURANT AND WINE BAR ELLIOT'S FOR A SPECIAL 3-COURSE WEEKEND MEAL BOX THAT'S A BREEZE TO WHIP UP AT HOME

Located in Borough Market and Hackney, Elliot's sources the finest ingredients from independent suppliers, including us at Henderson Seafood, and they've gone the extra mile to ensure a stunning dining experience at home with our wild turbot tranches and their secret sauces.

Start with stracciatella cheese (the creamy heart of a burrata) topped with fresh peas, courgettes & mint oil, served with warm sourdough focaccia. For main, tuck into our succulent pan-roasted wild turbot tranches and handmade tarragon gnocchi caramelised in Elliot's secret fish jus and served with roasted courgette, agrodolce & herbs as a side. Finally, round up with feat by indulging in a delicate Gorgonzola dolce cheese with Elliot's tomato mostarda.

Can this get even better? Yes, it can. Elliott's has prepped all the essential ingredients, including their amazing fish jus and tomato mostarda, ahead of time. That means you can effortlessly complete assembling this delightful starter and cook this one-pan wonder in minutes at home - leaving plenty of time to enjoy some of the biodynamic wines recommended below by Elliott's Wine Bar if you wish to add them to your meal box. (Wine bottles cannot be sold separately and must be included as part of a meal box order).

Elliot's x Henderson To Home Meal Boxes feed 2 people, are sold on a first-come first-basis and can be pre-ordered until Monday the 13th of May. Boxes will be delivered nationwide on Friday the 17th of May for you to cook your meal that day or store the box items in the fridge to cook them on the Saturday or Sunday (all ingredients are freshly packaged in special sleeves for easy storage and cooking). 

At checkout, please choose the 17th of May as the delivery date (due to technical limitations this cannot be pre-selected. It is the only delivery date available and no other date will be accepted. Should you have any questions, please email team@hendersonseafood.co.uk

Italian Stracciatella Cheese, sourced from Italy with an exceptionally soft creamy texture

Peas & Pea Shoots, sourced from the best veg growers & traders in Borough market

Elliot's Mint Oil, refreshing 

Wood-Fired Sourdough Foccacia, freshly handmade with flour from UK-based farmers & miller Gilchesters

Main Course

Henderson To Home Turbot Tranches, wild turbot freshly caught and cut in thick 200-300g fillet steaks from a 3/4kg fish for good meat content

Elliot's Herb Gnocchi, handmade with tarragon by Elliot's chefs

Elliot's Fish Jus, Elliot's secret fish jus to caramelise the fish & gnocchi

Roasted Courgettes, freshly roasted courgettes chunks

Fresh Mint & Dill Leaves, for garnishing the courgettes with extra flavours

Agrodolce Onions, delicate Italian sweet-n-sour onion relish for the courgettes

Gorgonzola Dolce Latte, specially sourced for its delicate mild taste by Elliot's

Elliot's Tomato Mostarda, flavour-packed secret tomato chutney with hints of mustard
