As we buy whole lots from fishermen and we sell certain amounts to restaurants and local customers we often get left with little bits and bobs of mixed fish. We have started selling these to our restaurants and now want to offer it to you guys. We think its a great way to try new fish and also reduce waste. Use it straight away or pop it in the freezer.
